Kaohly Vang Her

Kaohly Vang Her came to the United States when she was four. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BBA in Finance with an MBA from Northeastern University. She sponsored the equal rights protects legislation that amended the Minnesota Constitution to include “race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, ancestry or national origin.”
