Joy Garratt

Joy Garratt is a lifelong teacher, who retired after 28 years to focus on the Legislature and champion key legislation. She is the granddaughter of homesteaders from Union County, with a passion for protecting the unique cultures and traditions of the state. Her priorities include championing economic development opportunities and apprenticeship expansion.
