Carlie Kotyza-Witthuhn

As a founding member of the Reproductive Freedom Caucus, Carlie Kotzya-Witthuhn is vocally pro-choice. She authored Minnesota’s Protect Reproductive Options Act (PRO) that added a “fundamental right” to reproductive health, including abortion, to state law. She is the first Democrat to represent her community in over 50 years and brings her perspective of being a mom and a millennial to the work.
