Shelly Hutchinson

Shelly Hutchinson is a New Orleans native with a lifelong career in social services and child welfare. She founded The Social Empowerment Center, a mental health and social services treatment center in Lawrenceville in 2002. Hutchinson is chairperson of the Local Interagency Planning Team and the Children in Need of Services Committee.
