Regina Lewis-Ward

Regina Lewis-Ward was the first African American person elected to represent Georgia’s 109th district. She is a Brooklyn native and served as a AFSCME shop steward and manager at NYC Transit. Lewis-Ward is a former member of the House Minority Whip team, Stacey Abrams’ Fair Fight Action Senior Fellow, and past chair of the Henry County Democratic Committee.
