Julia Samsal Hipp is a first-time candidate. Her career was in communications, and she is the founder of Network Systems Corporation. She is looking to unite community members no matter their political affiliation to get things done for the community. She aims to protect women’s healthcare, the middle class, the environment, social security, and our democracy.
