Heather Goulding

Heather Goulding serves on Reno’s Neighborhood Advisory Board, is a ride leader for the local bike club, and serves on the board of the Reno Bike Project. She was a driving force behind a recovery program for high school dropouts managed by the Nevada National Guard. Her pivotal role in passing SB295 establishing Battle Born Yough ChalleNGe Academy earned her the Nevada State Commendation Medal.
