Elizabeth "Liz" Thomson

Liz Thompson was first elected in 2012 and then returned to the House in 2016, where she has championed key pieces of legislation. Thompson spent nearly 40 years as a physical therapist, almost exclusively in pediatrics, working with kids with disabilities. It was the diagnosis of autism in her own son which moved her to deeper advocacy and becoming a leader in the House.
