Dina Neal

In 2011 the Clark County Women’s Democratic Club recognized Dina Neal for being the first African American woman elected to the State Assembly. She is a proud advocate in Carson City for programs to build and support community initiatives, paid leave programs for workers, healthcare, living wages, and strong small businesses. In 2021 she helped passed the CROWN ACT to prevent hair discrimination.
