Carolyn Hugley

Carolyn Hugley is the first African American Minority Whip in the Georgia House. She chaired the Legislative Reapportionment and Women’s Legislative Caucuses. Known for her work on education, healthcare, and public safety, Hugley has sponsored significant legislation including anti-bullying and anti-stalking laws.
