As an expert in strategic planning and design and a specialist in Inclusive Excellence, Valencia has learned that the best way to achieve organizational success is to provide clarity and motivation with well-defined objectives, actionable strategies, and a comprehensive plan for success.

She is a thought leader, having worked with more than 300 colleges and universities across the county, non-profits, and government agencies as a strategist, program facilitator, curriculum designer, climate study expert, speaker, conference and event organizer, and advocate. In addition, Valencia has experienced overwhelming success with data analysis, policy and program development, and implementation throughout her career through her previous roles of Manager of Operations, Deputy Director, Consultant, and now Chief Operating Officer.

Valencia received her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation from Georgia Southern University. She is also a Certified Diversity Executive as awarded by the Institute for Diversity Certification.
