Hello, my name is Regina Monge (she/her) and I am passionate about diversifying pipelines to power by encouraging young people, women, non-binary folks and people of color to get engaged in the political process. As a Coach, I hope to support managers with campaign planning, leadership development, fundraising and budgeting. In 2022, I served as the campaign manager for Jessica Cisneros where I worked with her to co-create the campaign’s bilingual targeted voter contact plan which included paid media, earned media and an aggressive relational organizing program which led to unprecedented turnout for the TX-28 runoff election. In this role, I recruited, trained and managed 46 people including a diverse full-time staff.

I have also served as the Deputy Campaign Manager for Candace Valenzuela, the Finance Director for Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell and worked at EMILY’s List. I love catching up with former staff and mentees as they move on to bigger and better things! My more formal experience as a trainer includes training candidates and campaign staff on campaign management, political fundraising and messaging through Vote Run Lead, Blue Future, Arena Academy, Movement School and Running Start.
