Senate District 45 (special election)
Ann Johnson Stewart is a civil engineer, small business owner, professor, and former State Senator. She’ll bring experience, vision, and passion for service back to the Senate. She is a data-driven problem solver that will defend reproductive freedom, take meaningful action on climate change, repair and expand infrastructure, and promote world-class education for students.
Senate District 45 (special election)
Holding a bachelor’s degree in economics & political science and a master’s degree in International Economic Policy, Emily Reitan is known as a problem solver who connects the dots across organizations to get results. She has advocated for human rights for decades and currently serves on the Children’s Hospital of Minnesota Foundation Board.
House District 26A
Sarah Kruger is the Chief of Staff at a pro-democracy nonprofit and holds a master’s degree in Political Science. She understands the legislative process to get things done, including the unique challenges of bringing local issues to the state and collaborating across the aisle to benefit every Minnesotan. Kruger belongs to the next generation of politically active community advocates.
House District 26B
Allie Wolf is a mother, veteran, and a proud lifelong resident of Southeast Minnesota. Protecting public schools, securing safe drinking water, and supporting farmers are top priorities: “People should want to call SE Minnesota home.” Her district has not seen a change in representation since 1991, and Wolf says she is ready to be a new voice who knows the challenges of rural hard-working families.
House District 36B
Brion Curran was elected to the Minnesota House in 2022 after over 20 years in the non-profit and public safety sectors. In their first year in office, they chief authored 19 bills that became law, got elected Vice Chair of the State Legislature’s first official Queer Caucus, and became the only first-term State Representative appointed to the Judiciary & Public Safety Conference Committee.
House District 38A
After immigrating from Kenya as a child, Huldah Hiltsley wasted no time pursuing “the American Dream.” After earning three bachelor’s degrees and an MBA, she has established a career in data privacy. Her true passion is organizing in the community to meet the needs of all residents. Hiltsley holds a deep understanding of what immigrants face and hopes that the American Dream is something we can all share.
House District 49A
Holding a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Metropolitan State University, Kissy Coakley has been a fervent advocate for criminal justice reform, focusing on rehabilitation and empowerment rather than perpetual punishment and incarceration. In addition to her political and advocacy work, Coakley is a change agent and leader in her community, serving on the Minnetonka City Council since her 2019 win.
House District 61A
Isabel Rolfes is an adopted, Indian-American queer woman who is a product of all that Minnesota offers. After growing up in rural parts of the state, she came to call the Twin Cities home. She has contributed extensively to the Minnesota political landscape within campaigns, policy work, and in the legislature. Rolfes says she is ready to be a leading voice for the next generation.
House District 61A
Katie Jones is a clean energy policy expert with an engineering background. She is a lifelong advocate of our democracy, reproductive rights, racial justice, and common-sense gun laws. Jones wants to fix what is not working for our communities by listening. As a coalition builder, she says she will help create lasting solutions and build a more just, resilient, and thriving Minnesota.
