Erica Roth

Erica Roth’s work is inspired by her mom’s long career with IATSE and public school teacher dad’s service in the Navy. She is an advocate for consumer protections and housing justice in rural Nevada as a legal aid attorney. Roth drafted the 2022 Executive Order protecting and expanding in-state abortion access. In the Assembly she will expand on the successes from her community activism.
