Aisha Gomez

Before running for political office and earning a House seat in 2018, Aisha Gomez worked with the Women’s Environmental Institute for more than a decade and was a senior policy aide to a Minneapolis City Councilor. Gomez’s tax conformity bill passed with unanimous support. She has faught for police reform and accountibility and led the House’s efforts to pass the Driver’s Licenses for All bill.
