Naquetta Ricks

Naquetta Ricks is the first African immigrant elected to Colorado’s General Assembly and the first Liberian American to serve in any state legislature. She is a small business owner and the president/founder of Colorado’s African Chamber of Commerce. She is a champion of economic opportunities for immigrants and refugees and advocates for transparency and accountabilty in policy and politics.
