Cecelia Espenoza

Cecelia Espenoza was the first tenure-track Latina to teach law in Colorado at the University of Denver, and the first Mexican American to become an appellate judge on the highest immigration court in the country. She is the former chair of the National Hispana Leadership Institute. Her platform includes a focus on affordable housing, education, access to healthcare, and economic development.
